Cleaning method

(1) Cleaning of cloth feeding teeth: remove the screws between the needle plate and the cloth feeding teeth, remove the cloth hair and dust, and add a small amount of sewing oil.

(2) Cleaning of shuttle bed: the shuttle bed is the core of sewing machine work and the most prone to failure. Therefore, it is necessary to remove dirt and add a small amount of sewing oil.

(3) Cleaning of other parts: the surface of sewing machine and all parts in the panel shall be cleaned frequently to keep it clean.

Lubrication method

(1) Filling position: all oil holes on the head, lubricating the upper shaft and the parts connected with the upper shaft; The parts in the panel and the movable parts connected by each part; Lubricate the presser foot rod and needle rod and the parts connected with it; Clean the moving parts of the lower part of the machine plate and add less oil.

(2) Precautions for maintenance of sewing machine: after work, insert the needle into the needle hole plate, lift up the presser foot, and cover the machine head with the machine cover to prevent dust from entering; When starting work, check the main parts, how heavy the steps are, whether there is any special sound, whether the needle is normal, etc. if abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be repaired in time; After a long time of use, the machine shall be overhauled. If the parts with large wear are found, they shall be replaced with new ones.

Oil lubrication

Special sewing oil must be used. The sewing machine shall be fully oiled for one day or several days. If the machine is filled with oil between the use, the machine shall be idled for a turn time to make the oil fully infiltrated and surplus oil thrown out, and then the machine head and table surface shall be cleaned with clean soft cloth to avoid dirtying the sewing material. Then, thread and crack the rags, wipe them with the movement of the sewing thread, and then discard the excess oil traces until there is no oil trace on the rag, and then make formal sewing.

Filling part

(1) Each oil hole on the head, lubricating the upper shaft and the parts connected with the upper shaft.

(2) The components inside the panel and the movable parts connected by each part. Lubricate the presser foot and needle rod and the components connected to it.

(3) Clean the moving parts of the lower part of the machine plate and add less oil.

The filling volume of each filling hole and filling part does not need to be too much, one or two drops will be OK.

The following points should also be paid attention to in the maintenance of sewing machine:

(1) After the work is finished, insert the needle into the needle hole plate, lift up the presser foot, and cover the machine head with the machine cover to prevent dust debris from invading.
