FL-004 Electronic Speed Adjustment Motor for industrial sewing machines.
The motor newly designed by our factory is a servo motor, specially used for driving the sewing machines. The motor is upgrade and up-date instead of clutch motor.
Main characteristics as following:
1. Simple structure:: The motor is controlled by the electronic, it directly drives the sewing machine without brake. 2. Easily speed adjustment:: stepless speed regulation, easily operating and stable performance. 3. Little power consumption but high efficiency:: Compared with the same power clutch motor, it can save the electricity 50% to 70%. 4. High moment:: The short time comment of the motor is stronger than the cultch motor. 5. Small volume:: It is light, the volume and the weight of the motor is just 2/3 of the cultch motor. 6. According with the environment protection:: Soft start, low noise and less hot. 7. Wide used in sewing machine:: Use different belt wheel, it suits for some special sewing machine for clothing, leather and shoes making, and so on, which need high moment motor.
